Clients engaging in custom AI model development or enterprise integration services may cancel their active Statement of Work (SOW) by providing formal written notice at least thirty (30) days in advance. Upon cancellation, the client will be invoiced for all work completed and resources utilized up to the effective date of cancellation.
Due to the bespoke nature of data engineering and algorithmic model development, payments made for completed milestones are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only issued in the event of:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days and returned to the original payment method or via direct wire transfer, depending on the client's localized agreement.
For engagements starting with Minimum Viable AI (MVAI) prototyping or specific Proof of Concept (PoC) stages, the costs are strictly non-refundable once the prototype delivery phase has commenced, regardless of whether the client proceeds to full-scale deployment.
