For clients engaging rgane for custom AI model development, data orchestration, or deployment, these Terms are superseded by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between rgane and your organization.
All original content, features, and functionality provided on this website are owned by rgane and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Custom models developed for clients become the intellectual property of the client upon final payment, as detailed in individual MSAs.
In no event shall rgane, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
